The more you love them, the more they love you back. Due to the nature of genuine leather, each Lordess pair will slowly start taking the shape of your feet while the upper leather continues to soften- making your new pair more comfortable and naturally customized for your feet with each wear.
Every Lordess pair's genuine leather outsole has a thin, clear protective seal. Simply pull the strip off before wearing your new pair outdoors. Returns with the missing protective seal will not be refunded.

Free standard shipping throughout the US. Please enjoy our free shipping in the US. We will pay for shipping up to 12 USD. The majority of our shipping currently comes from overseas; therefore, shipping times vary. We are in the process of being a warehouse in the US, to establish quicker shipping and handling times.
Returns and Refunds
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, only an exchange or store credit, within the 30 days.
