Refund and Returns Policy
The Urban Clothing Shop™ Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, only an exchange or store credit, within the 30 days.
* Returns are processed on Wednesdays and Thursdays, in the order that they are received.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Worn or used merchandise is not eligible for return and will not be accepted by our returns department. Clothing and hats must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with original tags intact.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, which must include your order number. If it is an exchange, please provide your preferred size.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please send it to the shipping address below. Please be sure to include the entire address, or your package may be returned to you, from the post office.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, on the following Wednesday or Thursday.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com. Please have your order number ready when contacting us.
There will be a 15% restocking fee for returns. The cost will be deducted from your refund.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if they are the wrong size. Exchanges are subject to a $7.95 to cover reshipping and processing and handling fees, per order, if the customer purchased the wrong size. Exchanges must be done within 30 days.

If you do not have a receipt or if the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
